This week's collab is with Sierra Moses from Haus Designs. We recently showed at St. Louis Fashion Week: Project Design 2011 where Sierra debuted her Summer 2012 collection. After many years, we are releasing the Sacre Necklace to you.  Featuring an antique rosary cross so old from rubbing that it is dull and worn and yet so beautiful with it's brass lining and oxidized silver crucifix with a black boarder.  After unscrewing the bottom and opening up the cross, you find a secret latin phrase typed in all caps on a typewriter and very old inertior: "Lignum M. Olivorum" measning "The Olive Tree" in english.  The Olive tree is the tree of wisdom, peace, health, wealth, and balance.  This antique, blessed artifact is wire wrapped on raw black onyx, a semi-precious stone that when worn on the skin give strength.  The necklace measures 32" and has bone detailing with a sterling silver logo charm at clasp.  One of a kind.  For more information about this piece, please visit: http://bellestyle.com/sacre-necklace

Handmade Happy Hour is a monthly event held in St. Louis, Missouri featuring independent vendors selling locally sourced and handmade goods. HHH caters to all ages and lifestyles. Complimentary wine and appetizers are served on a first come basis, courtesy of the vendors, and a cash bar is always available. HHH is family friendly with a supervised arts and crafts table for children.

Handmade Happy Hour was founded by Lindsay Pattan of Miss Ohio Vintage with the help of Heather Korn of BelleStyle Bijoux. The duo continues to produce HHH with assistance from Amanda Humbolt of MOV and the generous business owners who host the event each month.

"This fundraiser is dedicated to the memory of my grandfather, Dr. Robert L. Korn, who was a peditricain in the St. Louis Area and doctor at Cardninal Glennon Hospital throughout his carreer.  His picture is still hanging on the wall there, so when Kristen from Generosity invited us to donate a few pieces to help out this hospital, it was my pleaseure".
